Advertising & lead disclosure

What this service does, and what it does not decide.

Dealflow Booked, the business-lending subbrand of Elite Height Consulting, builds acquisition and follow-up systems for lenders. This page states plainly where that work ends and where the lender's own responsibility begins.

What the service does

Dealflow Booked helps lenders build advertising campaigns, landing pages, application flows, qualification logic, tracking, routing, and follow-up. The output is qualified applications and conversations delivered into the lender's process.

Lead generation is not approval or funding

An application is not an approval, and an approval is not a funded deal. Underwriting, credit decisions, approvals, pricing, and funding are made by the lender under its own criteria and obligations.

Results vary

Performance depends on the offer, market, geography, product terms, sales capacity, response speed, and execution. No lead volume, approval rate, funded volume, revenue, or return is promised.

Case-study figures

Any figures shown on this site describe an individual result. Individual results. Not typical. Outcomes depend on offer, market, underwriting, sales process, and operator execution.

Logos and comparison references

Third-party brand names and logos shown on this site are used for category context and comparison. They do not indicate a customer relationship, partnership, sponsorship, or endorsement in either direction.

NerdWallet reference

NerdWallet is referenced only as an example of the marketplace and comparison-content category, to explain how that acquisition model differs structurally from a lender-specific system. No comparison of quality, pricing, or performance is asserted.

Meta reference

Meta is referenced as an advertising platform used to run campaigns. Naming the platform is not a claim of endorsement, certification, or a special relationship, and campaigns remain subject to the platform's own policies and review.

Regulatory responsibility

Compliance with lending, merchant cash advance, advertising, privacy, telemarketing, and state-specific requirements remains the responsibility of the lender. Advertising claims, disclosures, and applicant data handling must be reviewed and approved by the lender's own compliance function.
